Great location close to ski lifts, nicely maintained ski room with heated boot racks.
The ambience was lacking and the staff made no effort to make us feel welcome. the food was very poor, with inadequate options for breakfast and uninspiring, tasteless main courses for dinner.

The hotel is conveniently located, close to all the main attractions in the city. We were able to walk to all the popular tourist spots easily. the hotel staff was extremely attentive to our needs. They went out of their way to accommodate our special requests without us even asking.
The service at the hotel was quite cold and unfriendly. The waiting staff did not make us feel welcome and seemed disinterested in providing good service.
